Shipment of your order

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier.

The couriers used within Europe are NACEX, TAT, DHL or UPS normally. For shipments out of the European Union, especially the United states, we usually use FEDEX, TNT, UPS or DHL.

If you prefer a delivery by urgent post, with requested signature, you can select this method during the purchase process for orders below 1 kg only for shipments within the European Union, but in this case, delay for delivery is not guarantee.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you information by email to track your package online.

Please note that special items such as bullfighting capes, shoes or costumes might need some further time for preparation before their shipment, we will inform you of the approximate date of delivery by email. You can also send an email to info@toroshopping.com in order to confirm the exact deadline.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please note that for payment cash upon delivery (only available in spain), an extra fee will be charged depending on the value of the order.
