We offer you the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, or bank wire.

 

  • Why might my credit card be refused?

    • Your card may have expired. Please check that your card is still valid.
    • You may have entered some information incorrectly. 
      Please check that you have filled in correctly all the required fields.
    • You may have reached your credit limit. 
      Please contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

 

  • Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?

Yes. Simply fill in the business details for invoicing whilst going through the purchase process.

  • Can I order Tax-free?

No, as Tax Free only applies to products bought in store and which you transport personnally.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on Toroshopping.com?

Yes, because all data are transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

 

  • To which addres can I receive my order?

Your order can be sent to any address you choose (home, work, etc. - but never a PO Box).

 

  • Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery and purchase countries must always be the same.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Deliveries inside the European Union take 4 to 8 working days, and deliveries outside the European Union between 5 and 15 working days.

  • How much do I have to pay for delivery service?

Delivery fees depend on the weight of the parcel and the country of delivery. They will be automatically be added to the total value of your order during the purchase process, before proceeding to the payment.

 

  • Can I track my order?

Yes. We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched, and another with the tracking reference number and a link to the courier website so that you will be able to track your order in real time.
