  • Can I exchange or return items purchased at Toroshopping?


Toroshopping offers its customers the possibility of returning products if they are not satisfied with their purchase. If once the purchase is received you are not satisfied, Toroshopping allows its change (size or color) or return within fifteen (15) days, from the date of receipt as long as the garment has not been used or damaged

You can process the return of any item except swimwear or jewelry (except for defects or defects), and except customized or custom-made items.

Toroshopping cannot accept changes or returns of damaged or used garments or without their original packaging.
