  • Can I exchange or return items purchased at Toroshopping?<

    Toroshopping offers its customers the possibility of returning products if they are not satisfied with their purchase. If once the purchase is received you are not satisfied, Toroshopping allows you to change it (in size or color) or return it within a period of fifteen (15) days, counting from the date of receipt, always and when the garment has not been used or damaged. In turn, Toroshopping has 14 days from knowledge of the withdrawal to make the relevant product change or return.

    Exception for Christmas campaign

    We understand that at this important time of year, our customers need more time to return their products. Therefore, starting on Black Friday (last Friday of November), customers have an extension in the return time. If this is your case, your return period is extended until January 10, both inclusive.

    • What can I return?

    You can process the return of any item except swimwear or jewelry (with the exception of flaws or defects), and except personalized or custom made items (such as custom made  bullfighter jackets or costumes, they cannot be returned because they are products made to order, made to measure for the customers who buy them):

    Toroshopping cannot accept exchanges or returns of damaged or used garments or without their original packaging.

    • What is the return period?

    The period is 15 days from the date of receipt by the client. Except for Christmas or Kings gifts, whose return period is extended until January 10.

    • How do I process the return of my product?

    To facilitate the return process, we ask you to send us an email to info@toroshopping.com indicating the following information or use our contact form for returns:

    Name and surname

    Item (return object)

    Reasons for which you want to return (breakage, breakdown, dissatisfaction, change in size)

    Once we receive the email we will contact you to indicate the acceptance of the return

    • How do I ship my products?

    The exchange or return can be done in several ways depending on the item. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

    Please contact us beforehand so that we can organize the exchange or return correctly.

    Products must be sent by courier to the manufacturer or to:

    Once the product/s have been received, and verified that they are in good condition, the required size or color will be sent, or the Entity of Corresponding credit that proceeds to reverse the charge on the credit card used if the return for reimbursement has been requested. The shipping costs of the products, which are to be exchanged or returned, by mail or courier will be borne by the customer and in no case will Toroshopping accept returns sent postage due.

    In the case of returns made by mail, we recommend sending them by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.

    In the event that Toroshopping.com has mistakenly sent an article different from the one requested or that the quality of the article sent is not adequate, once the error or defect has been verified, Toroshopping will pay the proportional part of the shipping costs (round trip) corresponding to the defective garment upon request to the customer of proof of the return shipping costs.

    • Return shipping costs

    The shipping costs of the products, which are to be exchanged or returned, by mail or courier, will be paid by the customer and in no case will Toroshopping accept returns sent postage due.

    The only exception will be in case of an error in the item shipped, or if the item has arrived damaged, in which case Toroshopping will organize the collection and/or exchange.
