Short suits or country suits consist of pants, vest and jacket. It can be complemented with a sash and some scarves, with a Cordoban hat and with a jacket called Marseillaise. It is a costume that is generally used for horseback riding, during pilgrimages, hunts, or in the case of bullfighters, to tempt brave cattle in the countryside and to fight at festivals.
The fabrics used for country suits are different from those for light suits (for which satin is used), and there is a large assortment of fabrics and colors that make each short suit unique and different, from fabrics striped, prince of wales, houndstooth, etc.
Here we present the new Country Masks, made with these same fabrics as the bullfighters’ country suits.
